The E245СH for metal scrap handling features:
  • Hydraulics from Bosch Rexroth (Germany): directional control valve, pump unit, travel motor.    
  • The engine BF 6M 2012 С from Deutz (Germany) with water cooler, Common Rail direct fuel injection, turbocharger & intercooler, Tier2 compliant. Centaflex coupling used to connect the engine with the pumping unit
  • The radiator block from Rosati (Italy) with two cooling circuits: engine water cooling and hydraulic oil.
  •  The newly designed cab with modern interior, compact and ergonomic consoles for full viewing of the work zone, improved system of air ducts for defrosting & demisting and air ducts of cab heating & air conditioning. The standard air heater from Airtronic (Germany) and dedicated high-performance cooling unit, radio kit, ergonomic operator’s seat with a safety belt.
  • Undercarriage parts from ITR (Italy).
  • The LUDV from Bosch Rexroth ensures an unrestricted number of overlaps in one working cycle and high precision of performance with minimum loss of power. Flow distribution with the priority to slewing ensures optimal operating characteristics.
  • Outrigger hydraulic cylinders’ protective boots. The hydraulic cylinders of the boom, stick and hydraulic elevating cab have A-VBC brake valves from Italy with the following features:
    • lock valve (locking the hydraulic valves and preventing “drooping” of the cab and arm elements);
    • “anti-shock” relief valve (ensuring smooth arm & cab down, preventing acceleration due to the force of gravity, preventing hydraulic flow interruptions);
    • safety valve (preventing drop of the cab or arm in cases of high-pressure hose rupture);
    • lift valve (optional)).
  • Engine preheater Hydronic D10W (12V).
  • The automatic lubrication system from Lincoln.
  • The hood system which ensures full access to all assemblies & components that makes maintenance quick & easy.
  • Lower removable well cover (located under the track frame) prevents dirt contamination of the manifold, ring gear of the turntable and hydraulic lines.
  • The ergonomic heated high back operator’s seat with armrests. It has a two-point safety belt and removable headrest.
